3. Account Access & Billing Support

NationSetu offers optional paid plans and add-on tooling for organizations that require expanded capabilities. All subscription purchases are completed through our secure web experience or by invoice—we do not process payments within the mobile apps.

• Payment processing: transactions are handled by trusted payment partners on www.nationsetu.com, or through mutually agreed invoicing arrangements. We do not collect or store your full card or bank account details inside the mobile apps.
• Subscription records: we maintain limited billing metadata—such as the plan you selected, activation dates, renewal status, invoice numbers, and discounts applied—to honor benefits across web and mobile experiences and to provide purchase confirmations.
• Cross-platform access: keeping billing activity on the web helps us link your organization’s purchases to the right accounts so that benefits apply consistently across web and mobile experiences.
• Support: if you contact us about a subscription, we may reference your web order history or invoice records to resolve billing or access questions.

4. How We Use Your Information

Your information enables us to:

• Provide core platform features, including content publishing, moderation, and subscription benefits.
